This section is designed to help you access online resources and self-help books. Some of the resources could be personally helpful to you. Others may be helpful if you are worried about a friend. As there are a lot of links provided, please use the list below to jump to your relevant grouping or feel free to browse at your own pace. None of these are a substitute for therapy or consultation.
