Graduate Housing 2024-2025
- June 14, 2025: End of 2024-2025 contract
- June 30, 2025: End of spring quarter late stays
- August 25, 2025: End of summer extension contract if not remaining in graduate housing in Fall 2025
- September 1, 2025: Beginning of 2025-2026 academic year contract
2024-2025 Housing Selection Information
| March 1 9:00 a.m. | Graduate students that are not current residents will be able to submit a graduate housing application/contract. This application/contract is a first come first serve process with priority given to students who will be on campus for the full academic year. |

| March 1-March 15 | Current Residents of Engelhart Hall, Garrett Place Apartments and McManus Center re-contract for 2025-26. Current residents can elect to stay in their current unit, move units and/buildings, or extend only for summer term. |
