As an amendment to motion S6M-17242 in the name of Shirley-Anne Somerville (UK Government Welfare Reforms), insert at end "; highlights research from the Joseph Rowntree Foundation, which found that 88% of low-income families in receipt of disability benefits went without essentials before these plans were published, and notes that these reforms will disproportionately affect disabled people, carers and families with a disabled person in the household."
