That the Parliament congratulates the NHS Greater Glasgow and Clyde team members and nursing teams who have been named as finalists for the Royal College of Nursing Scotland Awards, recognising excellence in Scottish nursing; commends their unwavering commitment, innovation and exceptional professional care; acknowledges the outstanding contributions of individual nominees Kirstie Law, associate practitioner Julie Ferguson and the teams, including the Best Start midwifery leadership team, health for all nursing team, and assertive outreach model, whose efforts, it believes, have significantly improved the quality of care and patient outcomes across Greater Glasgow and Clyde; notes the significant achievement of being shortlisted for the prestigious Nurse of the Year Awards, which serve as a testament to the dedication and expertise of nurses across a range of specialties, and understands that these accolades not only celebrate past accomplishments but also inspire continued excellence and leadership within the nursing profession, which, it believes, enhances the quality of healthcare services provided to the people of Scotland.
