That the Parliament congratulates all the volunteers and staff at Old Kilpatrick Food Parcels (OKFP) on receiving the King’s Award for Voluntary Service 2024; understands that OKFP is one of only 14 groups in Scotland that have received this award, which is the highest accolade a local voluntary group can receive; notes that, since being founded at the start of the COVID-19 pandemic, OKFP has delivered essential food and toiletries to over 37,000 people throughout West Dunbartonshire, and commends everyone at OKFP for their passion and commitment as they continue to strive to make their local community a better place.
