That the Parliament congratulates Drumoyne Bowling Club on reaching its centenary year in 2025; notes that the club became a private members' club in 1925, after two years as a tenants’ club; celebrates the club's many achievements over the past 100 years, including numerous Glasgow and Scottish district titles, frequent victories in the Govan League, and representation at both Glasgow County and national levels by many of its members, including four women who played for Scotland; acknowledges the important social role the club continues to play in the community through its sporting and winter leagues in darts, pool and dominoes; applauds the club’s ongoing commitment to inclusivity and good governance through its open constitution, and wishes Drumoyne Bowling Club every success as it looks forward to its next 100 years.
