That the Parliament congratulates the Isaro Community Initiative in Clydebank on being awarded £215,709 in National Lottery funding; recognises that it empowers communities to live in harmony, with strengthened mutual cultural understanding and greater global awareness; understands that these funds will be used to continue and develop its support work with people from ethnic minority communities in Clydebank and West Dunbartonshire, and those newly arrived in the region, through advice sessions, community activity sessions and learning opportunities; appreciates the befriending service for vulnerable people and providing volunteering opportunities; acknowledges Isaro Community Initiative's support in organising annual multi-cultural events, and wishes the organisation every success for the future.
