Fortrose Academy Girls Crowned Winners of Prestigious Growing Future Assets Investment Competition

That the Parliament congratulates Fortrose Academy students, Allysha Cameron, Sarah Finlayson, Loreta Vitola and Alex Macdonald, on winning the prestigious Growing Future Assets Investment competition; believes that this national competition is significant for providing a platform for young women in the investment industry; supports the efforts of the competition to introduce more young women to the world of investment; recognises the team's impressive pitch for the robotic assisted surgery company, Intuitive, which earned them the title of senior category champions; commends the team for securing a £1,000 prize for their school and for receiving specialist guidance from Colin Dishington of Martin Currie, and celebrates this achievement as a step towards greater gender diversity in the investment sector.
