That the Parliament congratulates 17 Members of the Scottish Youth Parliament for representing Scotland at the UK Youth Parliament annual sitting in the House of Commons on 28 February 2025; notes that the MSYPs spoke on votes at 16, national minimum wage, public transport, political literacy and period dignity; notes that the UK Youth Parliament voted to prioritise votes at 16 and period dignity in its 2025 campaigns; further notes that Kristers Lukins, MSYP for Dundee City West, was the first Member of the Youth Parliament to give a speech using British Sign Language (BSL) in the House of Commons, and wishes Kristers, and all MSYP colleagues, well in their future campaigning work.
