1. Housing (Scotland) Bill:

The Committee considered the Bill at Stage 2 (Day 3).

The following amendments were agreed to (without division): 1041, 1042, 1043, 1016, 1044, 1045, 1047, 1049 and 1051. 

The following amendments were agreed to (by division): 
1046 (For 6, Against 0, Abstentions 2) 

1048 (For 6, Against 0, Abstentions 2) 

The following amendment was disagreed to (by division):

1022 (For 4, Against 4, Abstentions 0; amendment disagreed to on casting vote).

Amendment 1061, no member having objected, was withdrawn having been moved during day 2 of stage 2 proceedings.

The following amendments were moved and, no member having objected, withdrawn: 1011, 1080, 1012, 1086, 1003, and 1050.
