The Committee considered the laying procedure for the (SSI 2021/493) and agreed that the negative procedure was appropriate.
The Committee considered the following negative instruments—

(SSI 2021/493).
The Committee agreed to make no recommendations in relation to the instruments. The Committee also agreed to write to the Scottish Government seeking further information on a number of points.
