The Committee considered the response from the Member-in-charge to points raised on the delegated powers in this Bill at Stage 1. It agreed to report to the lead committee on the Bill, the Rural Affairs and Islands Committee.
The Committee considered the powers to make subordinate legislation within devolved competence conferred on UK Ministers in the Bill. It agreed to report to the lead committee on the Bill, the Equalities, Human Rights and Civil Justice Committee.
The Committee considered scrutiny of subordinate legislation made under Acts resulting from Scottish Law Commission Bills. It agreed to write to the Standards, Procedures and Public Appointments Committee.
