The Committee considered the delegated powers in this Bill after Stage 2 and agreed to report to the lead Committee, the Social Justice and Social Security Committee.

5. Bankruptcy and Diligence (Scotland) Bill (in private):

The Committee considered the Scottish Government's response to points raised on the delegated powers in this Bill at Stage 1 and agreed to report to the lead Committee, the Economy and Fair Work Committee.

6. Electronic Trade Documents Bill (UK Parliament legislation) (in private):

The Committee considered the supplementary legislative consent memorandum and the responses received from the Scottish Government and the UK Government on the Bill. The Committee agreed to report to the lead Committee, the Economy and Fair Work Committee.
