6. Coronavirus (Recovery and Reform) (Scotland) Bill (in private):

The Committee considered the delegated powers provisions in this Bill at Stage 1 and agreed to invite the Deputy First Minister to give evidence at a future meeting.


7. Building Safety Bill (UK Parliament legislation) (in private):

The Committee considered the legislative consent memorandum on the Bill and specifically, the powers to make subordinate legislation conferred on Scottish Ministers in the Bill. The Committee agreed to report to the Local Government, Housing and Planning Committee.
